Hakuna Matata

A blonde ale at its heart, Hakuna Matata is twisted up and brewed with apple wood and cherry wood adding a distinctly unique earthy & slightly sweet flavor.

A single hop IPA brewed with Mosaic hops. It’s a very juicy IPA, heavily dosed with hops late in the boil and then double dry hopped achieving a plethora of fruity notes & flavors. On the nose and in your palate you’ll get oranges, tangerines, pineapples, and papayas.

Don't Speak is a rich amber ale brewed with a ton of apples from Rogers Orchards in Southington. The malt profile lends to a nice crisp and caramel profile balancing out the apples. We added just a touch of cinnamon & nutmeg to finish this off.

Waves Not Worries
ABV: 9.2%
This year, the two breweries decided on an American-style barleywine. Traditionally, barleywines are big-bodied, malty-sweet, imperial amber ales with a hefty dose of crystal malt. American versions of the style are, as one might expect, hopped up to the level of an imperial IPA.
This year's Waves Not Worries eschewed the traditional crystal malts and subbed in Caramunich and Abbey malts. This alteration resulted in a beer that's less sweet caramel and more bread and jam.
Wanting to avoid the usual English and American hops regularly found in this style, the two breweries opted to go big on Southern Hemisphere hops and Outer Light favorite Idaho 7. Pacific Gem, Ella, and Idaho 7 make up the boil hops. We hit the beer hard post-fermentation, double dry hopping with Rakau and Idaho 7.
At 9.2% ABV, this potent brew should wash away your worries and leave you dreaming of the surf and sand.

TAPROOM & EVENTS
Our brewery is located on 2520 State Street in Hamden, CT. Come visit us at our taproom and just sit-back, relax, and enjoy. While you’re hanging out at the brewery you can sample our various beer selections with a flight and/or pint and even grab a growler to go.
Our atmosphere is a blend of the many things in life we love; craft beer, music, friends, and family. We have plenty regularly going on… with board games, darts, corn hole, and much more. And while our brewery doesn’t have a kitchen, we partner up with local food trucks each week who serve up some amazing grub.
Plus we host an array of different EVENTS each week such as Game Night & Thursday Night Trivia. You can see all our events and the food truck schedule below in our event calendar.

In today’s day and age, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle. At No Worries we believe you should enjoy every moment, do what you love, and embrace the world around you. Just sit-back, relax, and enjoy.
WE HAVE FOUND THERE IS NO ONE-WAY TO MAKE A 'NO WORRIES' BEER
We’d like to think our story is unique… where two individuals, Dan and Kevin, both always wanted to start their own small business from as far back as they can remember. Dan and Kevin met in college, became great friends, and discovered a common passion in beer, its subtleties, complexities, and endless variety.
As their passion and interest for beer grew, Kevin and Dan began to brew their own beer to learn as much as they could about the brewing process so they could create some awesome brews of their own. In the spirit of “doing what you love,” Kevin and Dan decided to make beer their mission and open up a brewery together, allowing them to share their unique creations with the rest of the world. As it was on that fine day…
